UX Leadership

I am passionate about creating functional, elegant, and useful technical solutions but I also thrive in environments where I can direct and coach teams in interactive design principles.  I help development, product, and UX teams to adopt user-centered design practices to all aspects of our customer journeys.  From initial inquiry through login, I help to develop ways to empathize with users to create useful and engaging solutions.  In my role as the Lead Usability Analyst and Director of the Interactive Team for Information Experts, I helped stand up the UX practice and blend best practices across design, development, and content departments.  I was able to gain early executive buy-in as the practice evolved this last decade.
